Fundamental Principles of Our Republic
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
At the Sahara West Library, 9600 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. 89117
Yale Law School graduate, former Nevada State concealed carry firearms instructor, and ex-Army paratrooper Stewart Rhodes will discuss the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the fundamental principles of our Constitutional Republic.  Stewart is always interesting and provocative.   Stewart currently writes SWAT Magazine's Enemy At the Gate column, which is dedicated to the Bill of Rights, and has written for Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO), which is America's most aggressive gun rights organization.
Stewart has taught many classes on a wide range of subjects, including assistant teaching of U.S. military history at Yale University. To get a preview of the kind of information Stewart teaches, go to our ARTICLES PAGE for two reprints from his SWAT MAGAZINE contributions.
In this dynamic and entertaining lecture on July 2nd, Stewart Rhodes will teach the fundamental principles of liberty which form the foundation of our Constitutional Republic, beginning with the causes of our Revolution, the Declaration of Independence, and the basic structure of limited, divided, and dual sovereignty government established by the Constitution.  Special attention will be paid to the Bill of Rights – its purpose, and how it guides us in constitutional interpretation.  This is the foundation of knowledge that past generations of Americans used to be taught, but now few know.
The presentation will last two hours, with time for questions and answers at the end.  Space will be limited, so please send us a confirmation at our SUBMIT PAGE to let us know you will be coming.
